Shipping and Return Policy

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping, within the Continental U.S., on orders of $50 or more!

$3.50 - $5.95 for shipping within the Continental U.S. on orders of less than $50.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm Pacific Time typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on Saturday/Sunday, ship next business day.

For orders shipped outside the Continental U.S. we will contact you with a quote before your order is shipped.

Orders may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS Ground.

How will I know when my products have shipped?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your products have shipped. If you have an account on the Nuts n Twigs website, simply log in to check your order status.

International Orders: will ship Internationally to Canada only. Actual freight charges apply and depend on the carrier/service along with the distance, weight and dimensions of your package. A customer service representative will contact you with a quote for international shipments. All customs and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments:

Although we package your orders carefully, sometimes damages occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please notify both Nuts n Twigs, (1-760-263-4076 or email us), and the carrier immediately, keeping the package for inspection. We'll help you get things resolved quickly.

Easy Return Policies:

We're dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality products and service. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will work with you to quickly correct the situation according to the return policies outlined below. To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, we ask that you please contact us at 1-760-263-4076 or email us before shipping any returns.

  • Nuts n Twigs will accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Requests for product returns & exchanges must be made in writing and receive approval from Nuts n Twigs before an exchange or a credit can be issued. To avoid delays, please do not ship returns until this process is complete.
  • In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in sell-able unused condition and without altered packaging.
  • Shipping charges for returned or exchanged products are the responsibility of the customer. C.O.D's will not be accepted.
